Here at EL ARCA every action we implement is driven by the simple goal and purpose to pursue quality day programs and transportation services forlow income adults with developmental disabilities in the Greater Los Angeles Area. As a social service provider and non-for-profit, EL ARCA is keenly focused on the following organizational components such as; providing outstanding and quality care to our consumers; being good financial stewards; providing a rewarding, safe, and positive environment for our employees; collaborating, building and nurturing relationships with surrounding non-for-profits and communities.
EL ARCA’s quest for quality programs is evident through the constant investment in our people, facilities, and assistive technologies. We continue to focus in improving every aspect of our day programs and transportation services, which are essential to our purpose to provide the highest standard of quality care that we are proud to deliver to our consumers, their families, and to local Regional Centers.
We believe that the best outcomes for our consumers/clients can be achieved when we coordinate programming across a broad continuum, from classroom instruction, computer assistive technology, community integration, cultural arts, independent living skills, pre-vocational training, trained professionals, and social services.
We also believe that by combining our efforts with those of other organizations, we can improve the quality of life for entire communities.
Strategic planning paired with innovative thinking and awareness are key elements of our journey to excellence in the quest for quality care for persons with developmental disabilities. Keep in mind that the underlying theme guiding EL ARCA through today’s uncertain times, regardless of the economic outcome is to continue providing quality care, transportation services, and adult day programming which is our passion and mission.
