Adult Day Support Center

At the heart of EL ARCA’s programs, the Adult Day Support Center (ADSC) provides services to adults with severely profound developmental disabilities who are not ready for work activity centers, sheltered workshops or other ongoing day programs.

The ADSC guides clients in socialization, fundamental life skills, special education, motor development, community integration, pre-vocational training, recreation and leisure skills.

Some of the services that we provide through the ADSC include:

  • Motor skills therapy
  • Activities that build daily living, social and recreation skills
  • Community outings
  • Cultural instruction, including dance and music, as well as arts and crafts.
